you're right, it IS gorgeous.
omg! I've been doing the same experiments with iron pipe pieces to rust fabric and also using a copper pipe piece in a jar of ammonia and immersing fabric to get verdigris colors. I am going to take eucalyptus leaves and layer fabric between them, add water and let set for a couple of weeks. I should get an orange/red shade.
Yummy! Cant wait to see what you do with it!!!
