Time for a Give Away!

I haven't done a blog give-away for awhile now and this morning I found, buried in a pile of fstuf in a basket, this piece of work I did in a class with Leslie Riley at Art Unraveled a few years ago. It is actually a paper bag base folded to look like a book, painted, and embellished with a fabric transfer, fibers, glass pebbles, etc....

If you would like a chance to win this piece, all you have to do is leave a comment! I will be using the random number generator and choosing a winner on Monday!

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST LEAVE SOME SORT OF CONTACT INFORMATION OTHERWISE, IF YOU WIN, I HAVE NO WAY OF LETTING YOU KNOW SO IT CAN BE MAILED TO YOU!!!

This is gorgeous, Angie, you are generous to give it away!

I was browsing your last few posts - if no one has mentioned it yet, if you want to put a link in your text (like when you type someone's name and want to make it a link to their blog), there is a little icon above where you type the text that looks like the earth with a chain link on it - highlight the text you want to use, then click this icon and you will be able to paste the URL for the link you are creating. Let me know if you have any question!! HTH :o) Michelle

I am hoping to get into some fabric art soon - I have only dabbled so far. This could be the inspiration I need!

Congrats on being published, Angie. You absolutely deserve it. Your work is stunning!

Now... can I twist your arm and ask if you'd do a mini-tutorial on how you make your inchies from TLS (Translucent Liquid Sculpey)over on the H-G forum? When/if you have time, of course. *smile*
