Well, I've been doing a 45 min-1 hour fast walk daily for 2-1/2 weeks now and taken a couple of yoga classes. I cut carbs almost completely out of my diet along with sugar and stopped drinking coffee (because of the amount of cream I like!). I got took my nekkid weight this morning and I've lost 12 lbs.! I'm only 5 from my original goal but would be happy to drop an additional 5 but we'll see. Anyway, I"m feeling tons better!
